    NORTHROP GRUMMAN 2018 ENGINEERING SCHOLARS PROGRAM – An $8,000 scholarship awarded over the course of four years ($2,000 per year with ongoing eligibility requirements) to two graduating high school students in Erie and/or Niagara County.     THE JOANNE CHAMPION GRANGER SCHOLARSHIP – One $1500 and two $500 scholarships awarded to applicants who are college-bound high school seniors attending school in Erie or Niagara Counties and maintaining a B average.     ASSOCIATION OF FIRE DISTRICTS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK –NED CARTER SCHOLARSHIP – Four $1,500 scholarships to NY State high school seniors who will be graduating in June of 2018 and who either are related to a firefighter, are a firefighter or an explorer in a fire department or fire district that is a member of the Association of Fire Districts of the State of New York.  Visit: https://www.afdsny.org/general_information.php  Deadline:  February 24, 2018

    ERIE COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT OFFICERS ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIPS – (Norman F. Locher, Arthur E. Cosgrove and Arthur Blachowski Memorial Scholarships.) Three $1000 scholarships are available for students who assist in the emergency services, and are matriculating in the Emergency Services fields of Fire or EMS.     THE NEW YORK WATER ENVIRONMENT ASSOCIATION, INC. – The NY Water Environment Association offers scholarships ranging from $2,500 - $10,000.  Visit nywea.org/scholarship    Deadline:  February 28, 2018

    2018 AAUW BUFFALO BRANCH SCHOLARSHIP – Two $2,500 scholarships awarded to high school senior girls attending an Erie or Niagara County high school. Must have a GPA of at least 95.  Must complete an application, submit three letters of recommendation and your high school transcript.     LOUIS J. NANNI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP – this $500 scholarship is available to Clarence Community and Schools Federal Credit Union members in good standing who are graduating seniors in 2018.  Applications are available in the Guidance Office.   Deadline: March 2, 2018

    FIREMAN’S ASSOCIATION OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK (FASNY) – GERARD J. BUCKENMEYER VOLUNTEER SCHOLARSHIP - FASNY will be awarding twenty-five $1,500 scholarships to high school seniors entering college.  The applicant must be actively participating as a volunteer or junior firefighter or participate in a volunteer EMS program.  Visit www.fasny.com  Deadline: March 15, 2018

    THE SPEECH-LANGUAGE-HEARING ASSOCIATION OF WNY(SHAWNY)- Dena Goldstein Memorial Scholarship. Any WNY high school senior who has a speech, language and/or hearing impairment and plans to further his/her education is eligible to apply. Download the application from www.shawny.org. Deadline: March 21, 2018

    SCALP AND BLADE SCHOLARSHIP - This $2500 scholarship is renewable for a total of four years, providing the student maintains satisfactory grades in college. A senior male member of the current graduating class in Erie County must be nominated by his high school principal or guidance counselor. Nomination is based on a high standard of scholarship; excellent personal characteristics, habits, diligence, and the candidate must be personable and possess outstanding leadership qualities. Applications are available in the Guidance Office.   Deadline: March 23, 2018

    COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR GREATER BUFFALO – High school seniors in good standing with a GPA of 2.0 or higher are considered for up to $6000 to be utilized toward educational expenses. Must be a resident of one of the eight counties in WNY.  Information is available at www.cfgb.org or in the Guidance Office. Deadline: April 1, 2018

    NEW YORK SCHOOLS INSURANCE FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS –   The Cristin Ann Bambino Scholarship, The Paul Jensen Scholarship and the Joseph Goncalves Student Humanitarian Scholarship.  These scholarships are awarded regionally and statewide ranging from $3,000 – $5,000.  Applications are available in the guidance office.  Deadline:  April 4, 2018

    KIDSPLAY SCHOLARSHIP - $1,000 awarded to a graduating senior who participated in a KidsPlay program as a child.  For more information visit www.kidsplaywny.com/scholarship   Deadline: April 16, 2018

    STUDENT-VIEW SCHOLARSHIP-$11,000 worth of scholarship money to high school seniors who plan to attend a four-year college, community/junior college or career school. Simply log onto www.student-view.com and complete a 15-20 minute application survey about colleges in your area. Deadline: April 22, 2018

    AMHERST GARDEN CLUB- is offering up to a $1500 scholarship for a student pursuing a two or four-year degree in an accredited college/trade or technical school majoring in: Conservation, Environmental Studies, Floriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Land Management, Landscape Design, Urban Planning, and other related fields.     PETER P. TYCZ II MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP – A $250 scholarship for a graduating senior who resides in Niagara or Erie Counties, has a relative who is/was a veteran and anticipates being accepted into an accredited program of higher education in the fall of 2018. Applications are available in the Guidance Office. Deadline: May 1, 2018

    ERIE COUNTY COMMITTEE AMERICAN LEGION SCHOLARSHIP - The Erie County Committee of the American Legion is offering three $500 scholarships.  Instructions and application forms are available in the Guidance Office. Deadline: May 4, 2018
