Clarence Central School District

Together We Make Learning A Way Of Life

Buildings and Grounds

The Buildings and Grounds Department takes great pride in maintaining our six school campuses, which include 230 acres of land and 900,000 square feet of building space.  Our department employs approximately 60 staff members who provide essential services to all District staff, students, and the community.

The District welcomes approximately 5,000 children into its schools each day.  Additionally, we provide services to over 700 community based after-school programs.  Permits for building use are available in the main office at each school.

With assistance from supervisors Mr. Jim Fultz and Mr. Jeff Nowicki, and office personnel Sue Maryniewski and Kathy Lorenz, we are pleased to serve our District residents by providing safe, modern, clean schools, and well-groomed grounds.
