Clarence Central School District 2020-2021 Budget News
This site is designed to provide information regarding the 2020-21 school budget process from the first stages of development up to and including the annual budget vote. Due to the coronavirus pandemic a number of things have changed regarding the budget vote and Board of Education elections. Listed below are the new details:
The Clarence Budget Hearing will take place on June 1, 2020. It will be held virtually via Google Meet video conference. Community members can submit questions in advance of the meeting.

The Clarence School District will mail an absentee ballot to all qualified voters, with a postage paid return envelope.
Qualified voters will vote by absentee ballot only.
The deadline for receipt of absentee ballots is 5:00 pm on June 9, 2020.
The minimum threshold of signature requirement for Board of Election candidates has been eliminated (all other requirements to be on the ballot still apply)
Board of Education candidates will be listed alphabetically on the ballot

2020-2021 Budget Construction Meetings
The District will schedule budget study sessions during the regularly scheduled monthly meetings. At each of the meetings from January through April, the Board of Education will be provided a presentation on the budget. The public will have an opportunity to comment and ask questions at each of the monthly budget sessions.Clicking on the links in the table below will allow users to view the presentations from the budget meetings.
