    • Female Athlete of the Year in 1999 and 2000
     
  • Joyce Miller Caggiano

    • Physical Education teacher at Clarence for thirty-six years
    • Architect for creating Girls Athletics at the middle school level
    • Developed teams in Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, and held competitions with other schools even before the ECIC started the program. 
    • Developed the Cheerleading Program as well
    • 1st Physical Education teacher to use the New York State Intramural system.
    • She had a vision ahead of her time for girl's athletics
    • Responsible for scheduling over 600 contests
    • She has over 500 coaching victories
    • Once the ECIC formed leagues, she continued to coach Soccer, Basketball and Volleyball
    • Adviser to the cheerleading program

    • Retired from the New York State Police after 30 years
