In third grade we acknowledge and celebrate birthdays in various ways that will make your child feel special. We do not celebrate with food items being sent to class due to allergies. Please save your birthday cake and treats for your home celebration. If you would like to share treats such as stickers, pencils, bookmarks, etc., please feel free!
In regard to parties outside of school, please mail invitations home to children who are invited. Feelings are easily hurt if invitations are distributed in class and all children are not included.
