Dear Parent or Guardian:
We are excited to announce that our bus fleet has been fitted with a preventative maintenance system which will reduce breakdowns and lower repair costs. A big plus to the system is that each bus is also equipped with a GPS system that will allow you to track your child’s bus.
My Stop is a web-based application which will allow parents to access live bus GPS information using a smartphone, tablet, or computer and securely view the current location of your child’s bus on routes. The system also provides the bus’s estimated time of arrival at your child’s bus stop.
Note: Currently My Stop is available only for morning and afternoon routes that serve K-12 students; not field trips or activity buses. Also there may be times when My Stop is not available for a particular bus that is out for service or DOT inspections. It does NOT mean there is a problem with the bus; our bus hot line phone number (716) 407-9251 will have information should any bus run have a problem.
How do I get started?
Download the app on for VERSATRANS MY STOP:
Access My Stop through any browser on a computer by clicking on the MY STOP logo on our website (clarenceschools.org)
Sign in by using your child’s 9-digit ID # for both the username and password. You should have received a similar letter with your child's ID number. This is the same 9-digit number that can also be found on your child’s report cards (both paper and through the Parent Portal).Once you have logged into My Stop, you will be able to access all other children in your family through a drop-down menu, so you only need to log in once and with only one student number! The yellow arrow on the screen represents the current location and direction of your child’s bus.
