    About the Teacher:  Hi, I am Boni McClaren.  I have been a teacher at Clarence Center Elementary since 1996.  I have taught both kindergarten and first grade.  It is a privilege to teach such wonderful children and work with such a knowledgeable staff.

    I grew up in nearby Williamsville where I attended Williamsville North High School.  At a young age I knew that I loved to work with children and I longed to be a teacher.  In 1995 I earned my Bachelors Degree from Buffalo State College and in 2000 I earned my Masters Degree in Reading from Canisius College.

    I reside in Clarence with my husband and three children.  They all keep me very busy and on my toes.

    I can't wait to get started on our kindergarten journey!  It is my goal to provide a comfortable environment where your child will learn, develop independence, and make new friends. Each day is a new adventure as the children are introduced to concepts and skills that are unfamiliar. I am the lucky teacher who gets to share their excitement when they master a skill or discover a way to solve a problem.
