    Use the attached log to keep track of your daily HEALTHY HABITS!  Bring this to Mrs. Stevens when we return to school, I would LOVE to see what you have been up to!

    TIME - record the amount of time you spend on each activity.  Make a goal of
    60 minutes a day.
    DID YOU VISIT MRS. STEVENS'S WEBSITE - click YES or NO. Try to visit daily for new activities.
    HOW DO YOU FEEL TODAY? - Circle or check which feeling represents you each day.  Share this with family members daily!  How can you make changes so that every day is a day.
    WATER BREAKS - record/check off your water breaks throughout the day.  Make a goal of 8 water breaks daily for good hydration.
    FRUITS/VEGGIES - record the fruits and veggies you eat.  Make a goal of 2-5 fruits and veggies daily for healthy eating!
