Classroom Information
You will have an exciting year in third grade and will learn many new things. I hope this website will serve as a place where I can share what is going on in our classroom with you. I have included basic classroom routines and information. But, it will be a work in progress, so please stop by often.Reading

- Learn various skills and strategies to help improve our reading
- Utilize a variety of reading materials to help students gain a greater understanding of subject content

- Consume, critique, and produce a variety of writing genres (essay, report, memoir, summary)
- Use proper grammar and writing conventions
Word Study
- Work with word patterns
- Apply spelling strategies to written work

- Explore concepts related to systems and simple machines, weather, structures
