Public Access to Records
Under New York State Law, the Clarence Central School District complies with the rules and regulations of the Public Officers Law, Article 6, Section 87, Freedom of Information Law (FOIL).
Under FOIL law, all records* (with certain limitations) produced and/or maintained by the school district are considered public documents and subject to the freedom of information requests.
Fees:
There is a charge of $0.25 (twenty-five cents) per page for copying of records. If preparation of records requires more than 2 hours the preparation may be charged at the lowest hourly rate to prepare them.

What to include in your request:
The request should be as specific as possible
regarding the records requested. Requests must include the full name of the requesting person, email address, and telephone number.
