Medicaid Information

The District has adopted and implemented a Medicaid compliance package and appointed a district Medicaid Compliance Officer according to Part 21 entitled “provider compliance program” which has been added to Title 18 of the Codes, Rules, and Regulations of the State of New York.

We are in full compliance with all current regulations.
