About the FSC

The Mission and Goals of the Family Support Center (FSC)

The mission of the Clarence FSC is to enhance the physical, social, and emotional health of our community members by providing direct support, school-based support, and community education/enrichment.

When Clarence students and families have needs that go beyond school-based support, the FSC is here to help.

Our primary goal is to support the whole person (or the whole family), including their physical, social, and emotional needs.

Who Can the FSC Support?

The FSC can offer consultation, counseling, support, and resources for:

  • Students

  • Families

  • Any community members who live within the CCSD boundaries

  • Clarence Central School District Staff

When community members, community organizations, and schools work together to address gaps and solve complex needs, the young people in the community become more successful at home, in school, with relationships, and in life. The FSC uses a collaborative partnership between families, schools, and partner agencies designed to meet the needs of our community.

The FSC believes that family, schools, and community are the most significant influence in the development of a child.
