About the facilitator:
Flex Yoga is proud to be a part of the Western New York community, we regularly partner with local businesses and host events that bring people together on and off the mat.
Lexi Varecka, our founder and lead instructor, is a 500-hour RYT certified teacher specializing in Hot Power Fusion. After years of teaching in Los Angeles, she returned home to Clarence to share her passion for yoga, mindful movement, and community connection.
