Food Service

One of the most important ways to help children perform better in their classrooms is to provide them with nutrition for the healthy growth of their minds and bodies.

Clarence students may purchase a school breakfast or lunch at a reasonable cost. Beverages include a variety of low-fat milk and 100% juice products. Our program includes only healthy snacks.

All juice drinks must have at least 50% real juice. Water products are to have no added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

The District participates in the federally funded breakfast and lunch program and provides free or reduced-price meals to qualified District students. Information on this program is sent home with every child during the first full week of school. Additional copies are available at each building. Children participating in this program will not be identified. Meals will be served to them in the same manner as they are to all students to maintain confidentiality.
