Request Forms

Requests for transportation to private and non-public schools must be requested by April 1 for the following school year. The school must be within 15 miles of the student's home. The form is available for online submission.

Alternate pick-up and drop-off locations require the completion of the Alternate Transportation Request form. Requested pick up or drop off must be within the school's attendance boundary and must be 5 days a week. The request should be received by August 1 preceding the start of the school year.

Letters containing pick-up and drop-off information are mailed to all registered students before the start of school in September. Our transportation supervisor, Linda Forster, is available to answer any questions or address your concerns. You may contact her at 716-407-9500.
