Gingerbread Football Stadium Wins Ledgeview Elementary Students Hot Cocoa
Updated

A replica of the Buffalo Bills’ Highmark Stadium built with gingerbread that was created by the front office at Ledgeview Elementary School won students at the school a hot cocoa treat.

The design, made by senior clerk typist Joelle Cavaretta, clerk typist Jill Leising and principal Keith Kuwik, featured full stands, a cheering section with lions representing the elementary school’s lion mascot, as well as other Buffalo and red, white and blue decorations.

Entries from all four elementary schools were voted on by families of students, with the winning entry leading their school to have the hot cocoa stand on January 7, 2025. Students enjoyed the hot cocoa and other treats, which were provided by Stephanie Savage, with their classmates.

Thanks to all of our elementary schools for sharing their creative designs!
