PTO

Dear Parents:
 
The Clarence Center Elementary PTO is made up of all parents, teachers, staff and administrators in our school.  The main objectives of the PTO are to:
  • Promote positive working relationships among students, teachers, parents and administration; 
  • Undertake various activities to improve, supplement and aid the educational processes used in our school; 
  • Identify needs particular to the Clarence Center Elementary School and to provide financial support in meeting these needs.
Thanks to the generous support of our parent community, the PTO has funded numerous projects and equipment purchases, including our brand new playground, iPads and whiteboards for classrooms, assemblies, 5th-Grade promotion, field trips, and gym, playground and library equipment. 
 
In addition, we strive to provide enrichment activities for our children, such as the afterschool program and numerous social events throughout the year such as Trunk or Treat & Ice Skating. 
 
Without the support, enthusiasm and involvement of parents, teachers and staff, we would be unable to hold such great events throughout the year or provide so many extras for our children through our fundraising efforts.  As always, we welcome your ideas as well as your participation! Clarence Center PTO Scholarship

Clarence Center Elementary PTO is proud to offer a $500 scholarship to a graduating Senior who attended Clarence Center Elementary School.  To apply for the scholarship we are looking for the following:

  • Student activities (Clubs, School Programs, Activities, Student Government) 
  • Community Service
  • Grade Point Average
  • What would you like to major in during college?
  • What are your career goals?
  • 3 references – Names and Phone Numbers.
