Fundraising Information

 

Fundraising is an integral part of the Clarence Center PTO’s mission. The proceeds that we raise provide funding for equipment, educational programs, social events, extracurricular activities and classroom resources. Every dime raised by the PTO goes back to our school and benefits the students here. The Color Run/Fun Run, held in May, is a highly-anticipated annual event and our biggest fundraiser of the year.

Ways to Contribute:

Dash's Receipts Fundraiser - Collect your Dash's receipts and send into school with your child in an envelope marked PTO. Dash’s donates $2.50 for every $100 in receipts back to our school!

Tops Markets Fundraiser – Register your Tops Card here to earn money for the school on purchases of certain items at Tops when you swipe your card.  *You have to re-register your Tops card each school year to designate your school. Click here to register your Tops Card

Box Tops Program - Download the Box Tops app and earn money for our school with a few quick steps.

 Where does the money go?

Every dollar donated to the Clarence Center Elementary PTO goes directly toward student programs, educational supplies, field trips, equipment and other school needs. With your help, we have financed a new playground and pavilion, iPads and whiteboards for classrooms, and new gym and library equipment. 

 The Clarence Center PTO provides regular funding for the following:

-          Trunk or Treat

-          5^th Grade Promotion
