Who We Are
The Clarence Center Elementary PTO is made up of parents, teachers, staff, and administrators in our school. The main objectives of the PTO are to:
- Promote positive working relationships among students, teachers, parents, and administration.
- Undertake various activities to improve, supplement & aid the educational processes used in our school.
- Identify needs particular to CCE and provide financial support in meeting these needs.
What We Do
The CCE PTO plans and coordinates fundraisers and events for the school. Due to our fundraising efforts and the generous support of our school community, we have financed a new playground and pavilion, and have been able to provide regular funding for the following:
- Educational Supplies
- Field Trips
- Yearbooks
- Assemblies
- Student Agendas
- 5th Grade Promotion
- 5th Grade Memory Books
- Gym Equipment
- …and much more!
In addition, we organize the following annual events:
- Trunk or Treat
- Book Fairs
- Western Night
- Teacher/Staff Appreciation Days
- Spirit Wear Sales
- School Supply Kit Sales
- Meat Raffle
- Cheetah Chase Color Run
- After School Programs
- Bi-Monthly Informational Updates via Parent Square
- …plus additional fundraisers and social events.

6. It’s Free!
- Involvement in our PTO is FREE to all CCE parents or caregivers and faculty: In fact, just for being a parent of a CCE student, you are automatically part of the PTO! All are welcome to join our PTO meetings, and all levels of contribution are appreciated.
