Dismissal Pick-Up Procedures

Dismissal Changes & Early Pickup Guidelines for CCE

To ensure a smooth and safe dismissal process, we kindly ask parents to follow these guidelines:

Notification of Dismissal Changes:

• Please notify the main office as early as possible if there are any changes to your child’s dismissal plans.

    • We request 24 hours notice for any changes.
    • For extenuating circumstances, you may call by 1:45 pm to make changes for that same day.

Early Pick-Up:

• If you need to pick up your child early, it must be at or before 1:45 pm.
  • From 1:45 pm to 2:20 pm, the main office staff are focused on preparing for dismissal and will not be able to process dismissal changes or release students during this time.
