Alumni Transcript & Education Verification Requests

Official Transcripts can only be sent directly to colleges/employers.

The Guidance and Counseling Center Summer hours are Monday and Thursday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
The office will be closed on the following dates:

July 3rd - July 12th and August 26th
 
For Transcript Requests, please email Counseling@clarenceschools.org and be sure to include the following information:
  • Your name (if married, please include your maiden name)
  • Year of graduation
  • Address, email or fax number where the transcript should be sent.
  • To obtain ACT scores, click here. For SAT scores, click here. 

 For Education Verification requests, please email Counseling@clarenceschools.org and be sure to include the following information:

  • Signed authorization from student - verification will not be processed without this
  • Student's name at time of graduation and year of graduation
  • Address, email or fax number where the verification should be sent
 
Please allow 3 business days to process requests.
