Exciting Graduation Updates for the Class of 2025!
It’s hard to believe, but graduation preparations are already underway! We are so excited to celebrate the incredible Class of 2025, and we want to make sure you have all the important details as we gear up for this special milestone.

Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal
🎓 When: Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM
🎓 Where: Clarence High School Gym
Seniors will receive their caps and gowns as well as six (6) graduation tickets at rehearsal. Caps, gowns, and tickets will NOT be distributed early. Please ensure that all outstanding balances (senior dues, books, calculators, cafeteria fees, etc.) are cleared beforehand, as students with unpaid balances will not be able to receive their graduation materials.
Graduation Ceremony Details
🎓 When: Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 7:00 PM
🎓 Where: Clarence High School Stadium
⏳ Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
Rain Date: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, graduation will be rescheduled for Friday, June 27, 2025, at 7:00 PM. More details will be shared as we get closer to the big day!

Class of 2025 Graduation " To Do's"
1.PAY SENIOR DUES
- As a Senior, your student is assessed $50 for class dues. These dues cover the cost of the graduation cap and gown, Senior Picnic and other Senior Class activities.
- Please submit payment by using the following link: Senior Dues
Note: Cash or check payments are also accepted and may be dropped off in-person or mailed to the attention of the Main High School Office.
2. ORDER CAP & GOWN -
Update: 1/31/2025- ALL Students' Cap/Gown Packages have been ordered
- The Class of 2025, will be the FIRST class to debut the NEW CHS GRADUATION GOWN.
- The Package includes: Black Cap, 2025 Signet Tassel, and Black Gown with red trim and embroidered school crest.
- Packages will be delivered to school and be distributed on rehearsal day (June 25th). Please pay Senior Dues, in order to receive the Cap/Gown Package.
3. DIPLOMA NAME CONFIRMATION-DEADLINE MARCH 14th
- A page has been added to the Parent Portal for you to confirm how your senior’s name should appear on their diploma. The name should match their birth certificate, but a middle initial can be used in place of a full middle name. Nicknames cannot be used. The deadline to submit your senior’s diploma name is Friday, March 14, 2025.

SENIOR COLLAGES- Photos can be mailed to the attention of the PTO/Post Prom Collages or dropped off in the CHS Library April 1-May 20, 2025 . Photos should placed in a sealed envelope, with the student's first and last name noted on the envelope. Collages will be displayed at the Post Prom Party and may be taken home after the event.
Submit 12-15 photos in a various sizes** of your child throughout the years. Generally, candid and professional photos are mixed, one photo is used as the centerpiece (a Senior Portrait- 5 X 7 or 4 X 6 photo), other smaller photos are then placed around the center photo. Examples include: school/sport/club/music pictures primarily focusing on your senior.**Please do NOT send in 8 X 10 photos. Please note: photos cannot be returned and in most cases are cut to form the 11 X 17 collage and laminated.
SENIOR GRADUATION YARD SIGNS- These are on sale through the April 18th; order before you forget. Signs will be ready for pick up in early May. Clarencepto.org
Class of 2025 POST PROM - June 13, 2025- Urban Air
Parents- To make this event truly special, the Post Prom Committee is seeking your support through voluntary donations. Your contributions will go towards creating a memorable night for our students, filled with entertainment, activities, prizes, and lasting memories. Here is how you can contribute:
