GRADUATION - Class of 2026 Information

  It’s hard to believe that graduation is right around the corner! We are so excited to celebrate the Class of 2026, and we want to make sure you have all the important details as we gear up for this special milestone.

Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal

  • When: Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM
  • Where: Clarence High School Gym
  • Duration: Approximately 90 Minutes

Seniors will receive their caps and gowns. Caps and gowns will NOT be distributed early. Please ensure that all outstanding balances (senior dues, books, calculators, cafeteria fees, etc.) are cleared beforehand, as students with unpaid balances will not be able to receive their graduation materials.

Graduation Ceremony Details

  • When: Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM
  • Where: Clarence High School Stadium
  • Duration: Approximately 90 minutes

Guests for Outdoor Ceremony – There is no limit to the number of guests for the outdoor ceremony. Seating will be provided on the football field and in the bleachers; guests are not permitted to bring their own seating. Stadium seating will open at 6:00 p.m. and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Saving seats is not allowed.  Additional seating (handicap accessible) will also be available in the Auditorium.   

Rain DateIf the weather doesn’t cooperate, graduation will be rescheduled for Friday, June 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM. More details will be shared as we get closer to the big day!  In the event that the weather does not cooperate and we have to move the ceremony inside, then each graduate will receive 6 tickets with their cap and gown at rehearsal.  Only 6 guests per graduate will be permitted if moved indoors.

Class of 2026 Graduation "To Do's"

1. Pay Senior Dues

  • As a Senior, your student is assessed $50 for class dues. These dues cover the cost of the graduation cap and gown, Senior Picnic and other Senior Class activities. 
  • Please submit payment by  using the following link: Senior Dues 

Note: Cash or check payments are also accepted and may be dropped off in-person or mailed to the attention of the Main High School Office.

2. Submit Sizing for Cap & Gown-

  • UPDATE 2/2/2026- All orders have been submitted to the vendor. Cap & Gown Packages will be delivered to school and be distributed on rehearsal day (June 24th, 2026). Please pay Senior Dues, in order to receive the Cap/Gown Package.
  • The Package includes:  Black Cap, '26 Signet Tassel, and Black Gown with red trim and embroidered school crest.

3. Diploma Name Verification-Deadline is Friday, February 27th 

  • A page has been set up for you to list how you would like your student’s name printed on their diploma. 

    • Log on to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and then to the left under Navigation click on Student Information. 
    • You will then click on the Diploma Info tab and list how you would like the name to be printed and click on submit. 
    • Nicknames cannot be used.

*Senior Yard Signs are available now on our website Clarencepto.org. Please place your order before April 20 and we will have your sign ready for pick up in early May. More details will come as we get closer.

*Post Prom Information-Senior parents, it's hard to believe graduation is just a few months away. Post Prom fundraising is in full swing. Please take note of the following events and fundraisers so we can have a great party for the Class of 2026!

  • Post Prom Fundraising: The Last Post Prom Fundraiser is now live on our website. Pre-order Chiavetta's chicken dinners for pick up the day of the budget vote, elementary track meet and district art show. Dinners are $16.00 and include a half chiavetta's chicken, green salad, Mac n cheese and a roll. We need to sell a minimum of 500 dinners, order yours today and set a pick up reminder in your phone for Tuesday, May 19 from 3:30- 6:30 p.m. Click Here to Order a Senior Sign and/or a Chiavetta's Dinner

    Volunteer With Post Prom

  • Post Prom Collages- An 11 X 17 laminated collage will be posted at the Post Prom event. Your child does not need to attend Post Prom event to have a collage.  Submit 12-15 photos in a various sizes** of your child throughout the years. Generally, candid and professional photos are mixed, one photo is used as the centerpiece (a Senior Portrait- 5 X 7 or 4 X 6 photo), other smaller photos are then placed around the center photo. Examples include: school/sport/club/music pictures primarily focusing on your senior.**Please do NOT send in 8 X 10 photos. Please note: photos cannot be returned and in most cases are cut to form the 11 X 17 collage and laminated. Drop off Pictures in a sealed envelope labeled with your Senior's Name and "Post Prom Collage" to:  CHS Library-April 6th-May 20th.
