My name is David Dzierba, and I am the School Resource Officer.  Though I am assigned to the middle school, I will also visit the elementary and high schools.

Prior to becoming an SRO, I was a State Police Trooper and Investigator for over 30 years.  I spent the first 17 years as a Trooper patrolling near Watertown, Albion and Lockport.  I was then promoted to Investigator in 2003 and spent 13 years at the Seneca Niagara Casino investigating offenses inside the casino.  I finished my career in Clarence.  Last year I was a school bus driver for the district.  I have been a travel and house baseball coach in Clarence for several years and have gotten to know many students and parents.

As an SRO, I will be interacting with students throughout the day in the cafeteria, hallways, classrooms and at athletic and other events.  I also enforce violations that occur during the school year; however, I would like to spend time with students in a proactive manner to resolve issues beforehand.

I would like all parents and students to know they can contact me at any time for issues that arise or just to say hello!  My office is in the middle school attendance office.

I look forward to a safe year at Clarence by maintaining a safe, secure and orderly environment for the students, teachers and staff!
