Update from Clarence CSD August 24, 2021
Dear Clarence School Family,
Yesterday, I shared a link to the Guidance for PK-12 Schools, 2021-2022 that was recently released by the Erie County Department of Health. After aligning our summer planning with the protocols outlined in the document, I wanted to provide further detail on what learning will look like in Clarence this September. However, rather than pass along a lengthy document related to opening, I wanted to share an “Outline of COVID 19 Health and Safety Protocols” instead.
As you read the 1-page outline, my guess is that many of the terms and expectations will sound familiar based on your experiences over the past year. If you would like additional information or if something is unclear, I would invite you to pass along a question or questions by clicking this link. We will be reviewing the submissions throughout the week, and I will respond to a number of the frequently asked questions in my email communication this Friday.
Additionally, we will also be providing a virtual informational session on Monday (August 30) from 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. using Zoom Webinar. Interested individuals can view the presentation by clicking the following link, and it will also be available on the District’s YouTube page later that evening.

Hoping this finds you safe, healthy, and well.
