Update on Clarence Board of Education Meetings

The Clarence Board of Education welcomes community members, staff, students, and others to attend its meetings. The meetings are important opportunities for the District to conduct required business, and the information below provides a quick reference related to meeting locations, public comment sessions, and masking requirements.

Location: Board of Education meetings will be held in the High School Library

Public Comment Sessions: Individuals interested in making public comments need to register in advance by calling 716-407-9100 before 3:00 p.m. on the day of Board of Education meetings. Everyone will be asked to provide their name, their address, and the topic of their public comment in advance. During the Public Comment sections of meetings, the Board of Education President will invite all registered speakers to share their opinions or concerns in times slots of up to 3 minutes

Masking: In accordance with mandates set forth by New York State as well as the Erie County Department of Health, masks are required to be worn during Board of Education meetings

Public comments will be limited to residents, current students, parents of current students, faculty and staff, and/or District taxpayers.
