River Reinhardt Named ECIC DIvision 1 Player of the Year

CHS senior River Reinhardt completed his three-year varsity basketball career this year averaging 21.5 points per game in leading the team to a 14-7 record. His 452 points for the season ranks second for a single season in Clarence history. Reinhardt’s 973 career points make him the third all-time leading scorer in Clarence history.  He led the team in points, steals, and assists, while making 48% of his shots (45% on three-pointers). For his accomplishments, River was named as the ECIC Division 1 Player of the Year (voted by division coaches). In a vote by 29 coaches, comprising all four ECIC divisions, Reinhardt was named Player of the Year for the entire ECIC league. The definition of a student-athlete, River is a  member of the Future Business Leaders of America, Reach Out, Model United Nations, the Superintendent’s Advisory Group, and is ranked in the top 50 of the senior class.
