Harris Hill held its Field Day on Friday, June 7 – the weather was perfect for the relays, kickball, the Chalk Walk and bounce houses. The culmination of the day was an Assembly with BMX riders with lots of tricks and great messages about setting goals and reaching your full potential. The fifth grade class decided their craft station would be a service project (first year for this!) to fill backpacks for students in the local community who are less fortunate. They were excited to give back to their community in their final year at HH. They collected items and filled 40 backpacks which will be given to students in our local community for the upcoming school year. We are proud of their efforts!
